RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us. A refund will be issued once we receive proof that the item(s) have been returned to us. Refunds are typically processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Please inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase in writing, either by email or post. You can reach us via email at info@guldviva.com.


EXCHANGES

You are always welcome to exchange your item(s) within 90 days of receiving your order.


RETURNS FOR WITHDRAWALS OR EXCHANGES

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be unused and in original condition.


COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS

You have the right to make a complaint if your item is faulty, damaged, or if we have not met the delivery terms. If you believe any of these conditions apply, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please describe clearly what the issue is with the product or what has prompted the complaint. Reporting the problem within two months is considered a reasonable time frame. However, please note that complaints can no longer be made more than three years and two months after the original purchase date.

We will handle your case promptly, and if your claim is approved, we will cover any costs associated with the return, including shipping. Please note that we do not reimburse costs incurred at the customer’s own initiative.
