Where are your products manufactured?
All our jewellery is carefully handcrafted in our own workshop, located in Mariehamn, Åland, Finland.
What materials are the jewellery made from?
We use only nickel-free 925 sterling silver or 18K gold as our base materials. We are committed to fully sustainable production and currently use 100% recycled metal.
Is every single Blomman™ piece really handcrafted?
Yes! Every Blomman™ piece is entirely handcrafted in our workshop on Åland. That’s why no two flowers are exactly alike – making your piece as unique as the person who wears it.
What is the return policy?
You always have a statutory right of return within 14 days after receiving your jewellery from us. If you wish to return your order, simply contact us by email at info@guldviva.com or use the form above to receive return instructions (We typically respond within 24 hours). Once we have received your return, you will always receive a full refund for the jewellery.
When will I get my order?
We craft all our jewellery by hand in our own workshop on the island of Åland. Because we handle everything ourselves – and are based on a small island without a fixed mainland connection – our delivery times may not always match those of larger brands. However, we believe our jewellery is well worth an extra day’s wait.
